Host your child's birthday party at Sandcastles Children's Museum for a super time!

• Rent the lower level of our building for parties and other events during or after normal museum hours.

  • The service of one staff person is included with the party rental

  • Paper products are available upon request

  • While we do ask that our guests pick up after themselves post-party, we will take care of the final clean-up

Rates

Parties scheduled during open museum hours:

• $150 non-member/$125 member.  You may use the party room for 2 hours and enjoy the museum for as long as you wish.

• $25 cleaning fee

• $20 added for each additional hour reserved in the party room

• This fee is for up to 12 children. Each additional child is $9.00, which can be paid at the door. Parents of the birthday child and one adult per guest are free.

• Cancellation fee: If cancelling, you will be sent a full refund if cancelled a week in advance. Otherwise, there is a $25 cancellation fee. Cancel by calling 231-233-9326.

Parties scheduled when the museum is closed to the public:

• $350 non-members/$250 member.  You may use the party room and museum for 2 hours.

• $60 is added for each additional hour reserved for the party room and museum.

• This fee is for up to 12 children. Each additional child is $9.00, which can be paid at the door. Parents of the birthday child and one adult per guest are free.

• Cancellation fee: If cancelling, you will be sent a full refund if cancelled a week in advance. Otherwise, there is a $50 cancellation fee. Cancel by calling 231-233-9326.
