  • Service animals are allowed per ADA rules and regulations.

Currently, the ADA states that only dogs are federally recognized as service animals. They must be trained to do a task or service, and they must be controlled by their handler at all times. They do not need to be certified by a certain entity to be a service dog.

An emotional support animal and a service animal are not the same. An emotional support animal does not fall under the same rules and regulations as a service animal and is not permitted in the building.

You can read more about the requirements here: https://www.ada.gov/resources/service-animals-2010-requirements/
